Our Volunteer Coordinator, Mato Aguilar, is collecting products and assistive equipment for redistribution through a vision loss organization in the Philippines. Used white canes, magnifiers, low-vision aids, etc, can be dropped to Mato at our Monthly meetings. For more information, contact Mato at volunteering@ccbtorontovisionaries.ca.
Tomorrow, March 27, the CCB Mysteries Chapter invites you to an evening of improv! Wednesday March 27 from 6pm to 8pm at the CNIB Community Hub, 1525 Yonge Street, 1 block north of St Clair. For more info, contact Donna Jodhan at info@sterlingcreations.ca or call 416-491-7711.

The CCB Toronto Visionaries presents: ‘Catch the Westbound’ with the Lucas Haneman Express Blues Band, Friday April 12 at 7pm! Doors open at 5:30pm, light refreshments will be served. Tickets are now available; in advance: members $15, non-members $25. At the door: members $20, non-members $30. Tickets available at the CNIB Store and the CNIB Community Hub, or by arrangement online.
On Wednesday June 12, we’ll be holding our annual Walk-a-thon & Beach BBQ to raise funds for our Chapter and its operations. This is a 5km ‘walk-what-you-can’ event along the Beaches Boardwalk. Pledge forms are available at our monthly meetings or online at www.ccbtorontovisionaries.ca/walkathon.php
First call for talent! In October, we’ll be putting on a Talent Show fundraiser featuring the many talents of our members. The evening will showcase music, drama, dance, and much more!
