Register as an exhibitor
First, read the Exhibitor's manual, which provides all the information you need, including fees, cancellation dates and conditions.
Next, fill out this online form or download this Word form, fill it out and email it back to us.
Finally, pay your registration fee. There are two levels of registration fees, depending on whether you are a for-profit company or a not-for-profit organisation.
- Not-for-profit organization fee: $50
- For-profit companies fee: $150
Email an e-bank transfer from your online bank account to info@ccbtorontovisionaries.ca.
Or, you can mail a cheque, made payable to the CCB Toronto Visionaries, to this address:

All registration forms with accompanying fee will be processed on a first come, first served basis, and must be received no later than Friday, May 6, 2022. Any registration received after this date will not be accepted and will be returned to you by mail.
Submit your payment
Please submit your payment using our Donate button. Please do the following:
- On the Support Our Vision page, find the Donate link.
- Type in the amount and make the PayPal payment.
- In the comments, please indicate either WCW Exhibitor registration, not-for-profit or WCW Exhibitor registration, for-profit.
Please complete your registration by submitting your payment. Please send a web transfer to info@ccbtorontovisionaries.ca.
